  I can safely say this is the absolute worst wendys on the face of this planet. Long waits, wrong orders, cold food, and I'm pretty sure they serve yesterday's burgers.... I stop by occasionally after 9pm and it gets progressively worse each time. I'd have better luck finding a decent burger after 9 if I rummaged through the dumpster at McDonalds..... Hey GM of martinsburg wendys you might wanna pay a visit to your night shift as a customer... T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E

  This particular location is one of the worst run restaurants I have experienced. The staff constantly seem incompetent and you end up spending nearly ten minutes waiting.

  The wait is long thru the drive thru whether there are other vehicles waiting or not and it does not matter the time of day either. The staff at the drive thru are immature and rude.
