  Dirty all the way around. The cups were nasty and the server was like we'll it's the water. Wow you serve dirty glasses and blame the water. Water doesn't clean by itself. We were early lunch and the floors were dirty all the table tents were sticky. The menus were filthy. Service was also not what a server should be when you are going out to spend money on food. You expect to order and get what you order hot and be checked upon. Oh and she brought sweet tea and told my husband you might not want it. It's kinda nasty today. So why wouldn't you use dump it and not serve it.

  My husband and I both ordered the sirloin topped with shrimp parmesan sauce. There was an issue with the way my husband's steak was cooked- he ordered a 12 oz sirloin medium rare but it kept coming back from the kitchen rare. It was sent back to the kitchen 3 times, the final 2 times the steak was medium on half and very rare on the other. Our server, Miranda, was very curteous and accommodating. We asked for the manager, Megan, and she was also very gracious. We weren't overly impressed with the quality of the food, but the customer service we received was outstanding.
